Rainy River Announces Grant and Repricing of Stock Options
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 11, 2009) - Rainy River Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RR) (the Company) announces that it has granted options to acquire a total of 1,900,000 common shares of the Company to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company at the exercise price of $2.00 per share for a period of 5 years.
The Company also announces that it has amended the terms of options to acquire a total of 575,000 incentive stock options granted to non-insiders in 2007 and 2008 at exercise prices ranging from $3.00 to $5.25 per share. The exercise price has been reduced to $2.00 and the term has been extended by a period of 5 years. The amendments to these options are subject to regulatory approval.
