Actually, Rainy is still (as far as I know, given the 2 week delay in reporting) engaging in share buybacks, and that is probably the reason.

Normally this would be an awesome use of capital, but I'm so paranoid about the credit markets and juniors that I'd rather have a lower SP right now and know that the company is hoarding their cash like misers.
