I believe Mr Bakers reponse speaks volumes as to his "Character.".

And now we see some more very severe belt tightning and 2 joint properties that RR was working on have been basically given back with no further interest at this time in either to carry on.

I believe they are definitely battening down the hatches for the present and will attempt to ride out the storm as best they can.
