Quebec government report on shale gas development from March of last year

Hi, All:

Do you know this report? It seems quite clear that the Quebec government intends to proceed with shale gas development if it can be done in an environmentally responsible manner. This of course is what Mike has been saying from the very beginning.... For any of you haven't read it, the link is below.
