Wow thanks for that Steel. I didn't think it was that high. If we used $14K for QEC's 330K net acres just in Quebec, we'd be looking at $20 SP. Of course these are developed acres, but heck even if we assigned Quebec a measily $1000/acre, were looking at $1.40 in SP ONLY for that land, nothing else included.

Also notice in trading, they always sell to the low of the day last second to make the loss look bigger. Somebody is keeping this down no doubt.
