Hi THS,

Welcome to our board. Yeah they were buying at above $1, but stopped. Jason said they have to date bought back 1% of the OS shares, so that is quite a bit. Maybe there are some rules in regards to that...I mean doesn't make sense to buy at $1 and not at $0.85. Last time is was this low it rallied to go back up to $5+. Anyway, no more about the ridiculously low valuation here...I think we all know it's sick cheap.

In regards to the shale play that was bought. I made a point a while back about how we haven't seen any new discoveries in North America on shale, but have seen boat loads of buyouts. There is nothing left so companies are setting themselves up by buying what's been discovered.

It sucks because drilling costs or so high. $10M a well is huge because everything is shipped from the west. In a full production case it might only be $2M, so that does affect things. Well the government was expecting a lot of fracs during the study, but they should back that up by maybe helping cover some costs. It's tough for companies especially when they've been hit with this SEA. I was for it, but now it is looking like more and more of a waste of time.

I fully expect QEC to have some big offers when early piloting of 30-50 wells goes on. Before their SP goes too high for someone to offer big money. Everything in terms of economics and what you want from a shale play is their in Quebec, so that is huge.

Talisman and Statoil just paid $225M for 15,400 acres in your article. That is just over $14,500/acre. Unbelievable. We're getting $0 lol. I honestly can't wait to see this thing hit its potential. It's going to be bigger than before.
