I don't get this. So far, TSU has completed 2 out of 4 tests on Karl 101. Both of the tests are a complete disaster. Why QEC would sign this deal before completing all the tests is beyond me. I can safely say, that QEC has paid alot for those 40 million shares given today's SP!
