Right on Rocco...but they may never figure it out as long as the ROC is continually bailing them out at the tune of $8-9 B per year in transfer payments. Take that away and make them stand on their own and they would soon realize the value of the NG they have. With the stimulus that we all providing them there is no incentive to do anything about it.

Today I met with some business friends from Montreal and Quebec City. They informed me that they have noticed that the wells are being capped and the rigs and support equipment leaving. Not sure which sites they were refering to or where bthe equipment maybe going but i will find out and post them. They did not sound very encouraged by the tone of the attitudes in QC.
