This is actually positive. They are happy and are looking forward to this. Talisman vice president is also there and speaks! Talks about the study and wants the study to get going...saying that they can't put a time frame on when they want to start....if you listen to him, he basically says that they need to stimulate the rocks and answer questions on if this play is viable all with respect of the study...but they need to not waste time and need to get this study in place if they are going to drill.

It all comes down to the study and setting up this committee, as drilling has to take place with them in mind and under their watch. So they are looking forward to sitting down with them and working out details etc. I hope Mr. Arcand follows through and gets this study committee set up fast as he has promised so they don't waste time.

They say the study can last 18-30 months, but I get the feeling it won't take up to the latter. Like I said, and as both Mr. Bouchard and vice president TLM mention, they need to get going and have this SEA set up. I laughed when Mr. Bouchard said companies want to get working, they can't wait around for ever...it's not like "they're sitting and drinking tea" (something close to that) LOOOL! So I think that the committee will give full support and come to a common ground with the industry to move things along quickly and not waste time...as their has to be respect shown to the industry as well.
