In lite of the devastation in Japan and with close to meltdown situations with nuclear reactors and the releasing of radioactive steam into the environment 1000 times above normal a safe levels one can only wonder how Quebec and France will justify their nuclear programs now. The worse case scenerio happened.....now what do we do?
