Great point. The BAPE also recommended if I read correctly, that Quebec should look to start training crews that will based here in Quebec for this industry. It'll create huge jobs, but also that money gets paid to Quebec workers, not ones trucked in from Alberta. We as an industry need this as well to achieve low costs!
