Correct. Nothing really has changed besides confirmation that a moratorium is dead which is quite positive.

We can still drill and frac our pilot wells to establish commerciality.

Next important piece of information is the draft legislation which we expect by the end of the summer or early fall. These regulations will be key to commercial development.
