The BAPE had to give it's report to the government yesterday , they had until midnight to do so . I have'nt read the actual news yet though . But i guess it's done . Now the minister will have 60 days to make it public . She might do so at any time , prior to those 60 days , my guess is she will do so when she introduces new regulations for the industry .

So things should start moving at the latest in May .
