I read in this recommendation from DnB:

"The first important event will be the BAPE (Bureau d'audiences publiques sur l'environnement) report, expected to be ready in late February/early March. It will be handed over to the government, and it may take up to 60 days before it is made available to the public."

My question is if there will be released any conclusions from the BAPE-report when it's handed over to the government of Quebec. Or will the papers remain totally closed for the public the first weeks? I hope there will be some knowledge available, from wikileaks or others :)

This very hot stuff, and its really unfair if some shareholders get information while others are ignorant. I think this kind of information finds it way out to someone, even if it's top secret.
