Looking more closely at the article, you'll note that the 10TCF number is called "resources" and the $1.98 is for "proven reserves". So it sounds to me more like they have everything from Proven to Prospective gas, for a total of 10TCF, however the currently Proven reserves is only about 2.4TCF.

I know the lowlands isn't classified as a proven reserve yet for QEC, but we're working our way up the ladder. It would certainly suggest that we should be closer to the $10/share range right now, with the expectation of moving towards the $40/share as we move into official production.
