They said they are looking at BC and Alberta for royalties, which is ok. This is something that they won't go over the top with because frankly it has to be competitive. Royalties really won't matter fully until 2014 and full production phase. Now by then gas should be much higher so the royalties can't be too high. I agree they should be more in a low gas price environment...but moving up and down accordingly...if they can do that! :)

They will not get state ownership, thats jus the PQ leader talking out of her butt again...she wants to nationalize...and that is completely off the board according to the liberals and pretty much even the ex PQ leaders.
