You are right Rocket. Bottom line is Quebec is in major debt and major trouble...take a look at Saskatewan, they were a province with nothing going for them by way of revenue, their house prices were low etc, now with the bakken opened up, things are flourishing and huge revenue for the province. I remember my dad and I took a trip to Saskatoon to look to buy some rental property a few years back, and prices had already more than doubled...
