Great post Brym. Couldn't agree with you more. It will be LB who sets the stage but the BAPE and the Province is still in control. Once the legislation is enacted and the Regulations flow from the Act we are good to go. It is just a timing issue now and IMHO the province will slow it down as much as they can to demonstrate its control over this fledgling industry. Regards, Foghorn
