Also seems that Cormark Securities (used by Sprott) is buying as well...well what I can say from experience, these guys were the first to be buying when Forest annouced there news and have been pretty bullish on QEC.

They have a few advisors following QEC, one of them Eric Nutell isn't very experienced as he thought gentilly would give same results as St Ed, but someone forgot to tell him it was only 3 fracs in the utica in a lower pressure unstructered zone...so he had said he did some selling. Nonetheless, I don't want to speculate but it's nice to see them start buying.
