It's politics, they wanted a moratorium because the ppl did, and if they side with them, they can possibly win the next election...but I've talked to a few ppl from Quebec that know what they are talking about and they said all the big parties want shale gas, it's just about politics right now.

Papers are bs yes, but you can't really stop them.
