Here is a link form the Montreal Economic Institute showing a real time "debt clock" of just how staggering thier current and future debt is, which brings us back to the common sense point that this government and or any future government will do everything they possibly can to move the Utica Shale from the exploration phase to the production phase, as I have mentioned before the QC government is well aware how Newfoundland/Labrador went from a welfare province to a "cash flow positive" province.
