Also, QEC always moves up in anticipation of reports and drilling. Both will be coming. Recently a craze was made about the "leaks", which we know is normal.

Nathalie Normandeau, the Quebec Natural Resources Minister said that they aren't cause for concern. This was blown up big time by the media, and she smashed it down. It shows bullish signs that they want this to happen and it will. I also believe they will give good incentives to the companies to come here and drill.

Take a look at trading right now. Canada always waits for Oslo to close before it starts to move up on days when it goes down for no reason. Then you guys are left with a gap up in the morning. There was no reason for QEC to go down today imo.
