It says that ABG Sundal Collier said $1.50 recommendation on the price, back in Dec 21, 2010. Now that the price has gone up to $1.80-$2+, they lie about saying that those wells will now be delayed to 2013, and the price recommendation in still the same at $1.50?? If that was the case, they should be recommending $1.00 for their price if the delay would be 2 years loool.

How do they even get $1.50...they are valuing QEC at very low acerage value, and not to mention that we now have a buyback program in place.

Goes to show you how these firms operate...they missed buying in, and now they need to drop it to step in and buy lower.

Proof is right there and they made their intentions pretty obvious.

Talisman said reduction in shale yes, but after these 2 wells, Quebec would only be looking for 6-8 well mutli pad well for this year, the 30-60 is next year. We're not producing, and that 35% decrease it mostly affecting their main shale plays.

Talisman took a call from someone yesterday, they said that they will drill the 2 wells, then after getting those results decide what to do next. These guys are waiting on the BAPE (regulation guidelines) and some royalty figures and incentives. They are important and without those they're not going to expose themselves. Besides, the Quebec media follows this. Today I saw an artcile from a Quebec paper talking about Talisman drilling those two wells...so if they were have said they're going to go drilling away big this year before the BAPE, the papers would have crucified them about showing how little the BAPE means to them and it would have made the industry look bad. That type of bad press directly spits in the people's faces and we're trying to build social acceptancy!!
