You have to have a vote and agreemance to have that pass...just like Total tried to take out UTS at an insulting low price, it won't happen here. Binnion is smart when he said he doesn't believe anyone will take us out right now...I don't blame him either...the guy has 10M+ shares and he wants to get every penny that this company is worth...no way any shareholders will agree to a takeover at these prices!!
