You'll notice that Pierre Boivin is the VP of the Association as well as a board member of QEC and French. Talk about FAST TRACK to production for QEC and yet another brilliant decision from Mr. Mike Binnion to include Mr. Boivin on the QEC BOD. I'm beginning to think that this storey is about to make the Best Sellers list in North America.
