Questerre Energy Corporation has completed its planned share offering in Canada of a total of 10,028,000 shares at a price of 4.30 Canadian dollars per share (NOK 24.7). Gross proceeds were at 43.12 million Canadian dollars - equivalent to 248 million kroner.

It is stated in a message today.

Combined with a rights issue in Norway on 19,972,000 shares were the total brought in 129 million Canadian dollars in private placement - equivalent to around 742 million kroner.
