I agree with you personally jinxer about tax loss selling - it is definitely something people like us would not do with QEC due to our anticipation of the future rise in sp. I was referring to however, out of 200 million shares that there are some who either need cash and a tax deduction and qec is not to them in their portfolio as it is to us and in push to shove they dump it in December, probably frustrated with the wait or not even fully aware of the probable sp down the road. It takes all kinds - I often ask myself the question - who is selling this stock day in day out (other than the shorters and day traders)?? Out of the 200 million shares out there there are many different investors with different circumstances.
