Forest Oil stated in their last conference call that they are waiting for lab results on the drill core. They will reenter the three horizontal wells (2 Gastem/Questerre and 1 Junex) in the 4th qtr 2009 / 1st qtr 2010.

I believe Forest entered the Utica formation in the lower, middle, and upper sections. QEC has stated they achieved consistent results from a particular interval in the middle section of the Utica.

Forest Oil may have to redrill the horizontal sections of their wells to achieve optimum results.

I am hoping that Talisman cooperate with Forest and tells them the exact location of the "sweet" spot.

I am not impressed with the technical abilities of Forest Oil, Talisman seems much better.
