In the last PR they basically say that if the gas flow is sufficient they will put it in production. QEC will never ever wait 8 yrs to start production from quebec. They will do what ever they can to get as many wells in production as they can by the end on next year. Both because of the Tax agreement with the Quebec government and because they want to increase cash flow.

When things start developing for real in quebec new wells and pipe lines will appear exponentially...
