Yeah I saw that too. Welcome to the board Lawrence. Even if they made a billion dollar offer for the company, we're only looking at a $5 per share. I'd definantely be voting no, and I can imagine management wouldn't give into that either knowing the value of this play. I can't speak for sprott, but I'd think they were in it for the long haul and they too know what the value here is. They better not low ball us lol.
Anywho, if it does come to that, I'd say no. Not to mention, they're also buying up our other assets too...and one being in the beaver river area, where we got that 5mmcf/d result from our first well after applying the fst and tlm expertise. And bakken and greater sierra. I just don't see anyone(if you're in it for the long haul), who would sell a company for $1B when the potential income to the company over the life of the project could be worth $30B+. Not to mention, with that kind of money coming in, QEC would become a major player and expand even more.
Anywho, now I'm ranting lol...but just my thoughts.
