I agree JQ. Best to hold on to it, cash is king at the moment. The last verticals were solid and they'll only get better. The only concern of mine before the last verticals came out with if it was going to be a dry hole. All produced really solid rates for an emerging play and they were sustained. It's just a matter of time it seems until this thing gets going.

It's all a sentiment thing. When the markets start to turn around and things are going up, everybody wants to be on the bandwagon. The rig counts are WAAAY down and this will only help our cause. I think when we get back up to the $6-7 range, it'll make this play unbelievable attractive, not just for fst or tlm, but for possible others that want in.

This is a long term hold as everybody knows, but it's one that will really make a difference in time. Southwestern is a terrific example. Was around $2 when their initial verticals and horizontals came out(mind you results weren't as good as QEC's) and within 1 years time rose to $20+, then another 2 years later it was up to $45...it's still at almost $40 today. So it clearly shows that the rewards will come in time, no doubt about it. They were getting like 200-300mcf on their horizontals, and increased it to 4mmcf 3-4 years later. Pretty impressive, but it just goes to show all it takes is time. We're off to a tremendous start.

We really haven't had any bad results if you think about it. The verticals were solid, and even if you look at forest's horizontals. It specifically tested 3 zones to see which was the best. The one at 800mcf/d sustained 30 days+ was excellent. Remember though it initially flowed 4mmcf/d but as we discussed, they didn't have the proper equipment so the flow back was interupted.

Bottom line is we're on the right path with some great results but more importantly learning more with each well and using that in subsequent wells to improve on. I don't know what the heck the SP is doing, being that I believe we should be higher. But as JQ pointed out, market really doesn't seem to care about anything these days...not a problem, being that it eventually will in due time.
