Forest Oil is currently analyzing the data from 2 vertical and 3 horizontal wells. They are going to incorporate the latest "good results" from Questerre/Talisman in their analysis.

They are going after Natural Gas Liquids in Canada which means the North Shore of the St. Lawrence.

FST is burdened with excessive debt so they are going to sell Canadian assets. I believe they mean their Alberta assets, since they can maximize the selling price of their Quebec assets by drilling horizontal wells in the correct lobe of the Utica.

I believe Questerre/Talisman is drilling in a different interval of the Utica than Forest Oil since Mr. Binnion made this statement in the latest corporate presentation.

FST is going to re-enter the wells after their analysis. They might drill a horizontal leg in the same interval as Questerre/Talisman is targeting.

An independent lab has analyzed 36 meters of drill core consisting of 3 cores in the Utica and 1 core in the Lorraine from Junex's well near Quebec City. I hope JNX fracture stimulates each interval separately to verify gas flows. Only one interval has been shown good potential.
