While also knowing little about options trading, I believe that the "Granting of options" depends on wether its "Calls or Puts". If these were "put" options they would grant the insiders the right to sell at $1.80 for the duration of the option. Bearish and not a good indicator. Or, they are Call options and grant the the right to buy at at $1.80 for the duration. Probably a good indicator for the future insiders,(and others). Seeing that these insiders have many more shares themselves already, I'm guessing they are calls. Anyone else know more or can dipute this?
