I can't say for sure if they are call or puts, but it would be safe to assume that with insiders owning around 15% of the company, putting that at around 30 million shares and not selling any on the way up to its highs or on the way down (other than one selling 50,000 for tax reasons), and being close to news, I would think that these are calls.
