I hope that they are correct in their assumption. They hint at a 20%+ gain for 2009. Up 10 % in Olso this morning (10.4 NOK = 1.81 CAN). Turnaround should be near, or at least a short term gain from here until the new year (December has always been a good month for investors). I don't see too much tax loss selling for QEC investors - too much potential.
