lets remember that many takovers don't fairly include real values of potentials....I was in one where it average sp last 30 days + 25%....and the board acepted....this was First Calgary Petroleum with major...major assets in Algeria.....sp $3.30 and offer $3.63 +/-....so shareholders seldome win...ok for me it was from a purchase of $2.....but my expectation was $20 +....and for QEC at current SP it could be as little as $1.73.....of cource our board won't accept at this level......I hope!
