Word on the street is another 25bp cut at the end of the month (90%-BNN). This is definatly an outperform at these levels. I never imagined that we would see them again. We did get caught up in the market turmoil - but who didn't. We should see more buy ratings (especially at these levels) in the future. I mean even at 2$ you get a 60% ROE at todays prices. This has got to be the easiest short-term return that I can think of.
