I'm not qualified to answer that. In markets like this who knows, but that value for the index got to pretty high levels. Are we at a bottom today, who knows, are we close, I believe we are. I listened to BNN yesterday and many of them kept talking about a pretty solid rally to come in the winter months, so that should be nice...right around the time we should start getting news.
