I belive they can't do that....respectfully disagreeing. The American system is set up that he can't. There was that EXACT question today on CNN and the experts said that he can not vito the action taken by congress.

I think those little scared republicans (only voting against to get re-elected) need to realize what the heck they did today by really messing up with not passing the vote. These guys need to realize that democrats are in the same boat as them and they need to throw politics out the window and restore order back in the system...and the international system as a whole.

Panic also brings oppurtunity was a quote a heard today...but these guys need to smarten up and forget about the politics.
