No it has nothing to do with that. TLM is down to $14.50, ECA is down around $5 to $64....just the market in general. I am assuming is has to do with this bail out and plan and the market not confident they will pass it...but I believe they will. Oh wow it sucks not to have avaliable cash right now on hand!
