he is a tough negociator have full of contacts in the provincial AND federal government he is a solid administrator and over everything he is a marketing and a promotional machine .

he won t help for result but one thing is sure , if the quebec result are anywhere between not bad and very good he will be an extraordinary asset for all qec shareholders
