This is good news. I still think that 200 NOK in 18 months is optimistic but none the less encouraging. A very good point is the fact that the company is not allowed to buy back shares until after the anouncements in quebec. I am sure that they would if they could. (Sold for 4.70 repuchased @ 2.80) not too bad a return! Again they reiterate the value behind the company. I would not sell at these levels until at least more clarification on the Quebec play. Too much potential. A take over should not happen (or even be considered) until after this time.
