Just want to say that with me being gone, we needed another leader on this board and I believe any of you could do it....JQ was willing to step in and take one for the team and he is extremely motivated and provides us, as all of you do, with wonderful insightful posts and I know he'll do a great job!!! It is important to keep this board clean and on track with qec related posts, or just posts relating to similar thoughts and ideas and what's at hand and JQ will do a solid job so all the best!

I hope everyone has a solid summer...and most importantly a safe one and I will still be seeing you guys on the boards!:)
