Yeah I would not worry about what others are doing. Liek you said JQ, if you believe in the company and what they are doing, then don't worry about short term....this is a long term play anyway...I know how ppl see how high it got up and they want those kinds of increases everyday, but that won't happen. I just personally look at the TLM spending and how highly forest oil talks about it in there webcast etc etc and all the buy recommendations, and I realize why I am happy to be in this.
I asked Jason about the chances of success with the horizontal drilling (even though I feel strongly that this will work)...and he messaged me this...(below)....so just sit tight or if you cant take the games they are playing and its too much, then make a choice that works best for you. Day traders love stocks like this at the start because they have huge volumes and can make a nice profit each day....but eventually that will die down and once drilling starts and results become closer to release, and if they are good just like forest and tlm and many others believe, then the $6.40s will look like peanuts.
The results from the horizontal wells will be important to help determine the reserves/production attributable to both the Lorraine and the Utica. Horizontal wells with selective fracture stimulation in Antler increase oil production by between 5-10 times. We are expecting that they will have a similar result in Quebec. If the wells produce at initial rates of approx 2-3 mmcf/d and estimated reserves of 1-2 Bcf, it will dramatically increase people's confidence in the size of the play.
