With the PP at $4.70, I would think that we are close to being at the end of our consolidation period. 7.5 million shares were bought by various institutions and I don't think they would let the price sink below this....if they paid this price, they believe it was a good offering and hoping to sell later on at a higher price....so to say that $4.70 is a base is a pretty safe bet.

Really though, there is manipulation here....I have sat here watching the real time trading for hours on end sometimes, and anytime the price starts to creep up, sellers come in a dump at market hoping to drive it lower. Even at the end of the day, they made sure it closed near the day low.
