Welcome to the board. Well said in your message. The 100million dollar pilot project undertaken by TLM and QEC isn't small news...being it that this is TLM's biggest pilot project. I don't believe that any company, no matter how small or big, would put forth 100million dollars toward a pilot project that they didn't believe would be successful or at least being very confident in what they believe is there and their chances of success.

Also, one thing to note...is that some people from the SH board mentioned, which I thought was important to mention, was that the recent PP when announced was at market price (of course) BUT also that there were no warrants attached to it! This makes it very bullish.
