The whole area/project (Utica) is on fire.....some have more land...others have better positions...others better dealings with juniors.....and most are inter-linked in multible ways....Junex owns 2% of Gastem....Gastem and Questerre have shared leases.....so who can really know.....you 1st need to get in.....be a player....I'm in Junex and Questerre....and read the messages on each company blog here on Agoracom....some very knowledgeable members!!
