Hey!

I know it's worded a bit wierd, but she just mentions the royalty from Talisman and the target it QEC....you can see her target for Gastem is ~$32 in the next paragraph...so the target is from QEC. Plus the article is on QEC and GMR and the buy she is putting on them:).
