I don't know what dunanmcl means that it isn't on our land...or if I am interpreting his message wrong...but once and for all this is what qec holds...

On the Yamaska permits...with forest oil and gastem a 20/20/60 interest QEC/GMR/FST...or a 7.5% royalty. WE PAY NOTHING FROM OUR OWN POCKETS! This is the perk, because that land was first QEC's, and we farmed out.

Second, with Talisman...where we have BOTH a 4.25% royalty and 25% working interest! We pay very little of the costs, BUT, Mr. Binnion said in an interview, that it is 50-50 if we pay our own way once full scale production begins. This land is adjacent to our yamaska property that we are partnered with FST and GMR.

Don't forget, but I emailed Jason at the beginning of this year asking about when the forest results would come in. He told me that forest was keeping them confidential, and that forest went to talisman to acquire more land...but were unsuccessful. He said he believes that they knew the results, but were trying to keep the competitive advantage to acquire more land.

If you don't believe the interests we have, go and call the company. But, when you look at it, QEC released an official news report stating how they are with forest and the land was on their property.....unless you want to go to jail, you don't lie about that.

This is a play that is just starting...but we have to huge assets on top of Quebec, which is Bakken....and that's making waves...and partnered with another giant Encana in a great gas play in BC.....I mean we have 3 huge companies on our side and with great assets and interests....personally that's why I always followed the company, because of the diversity and never putting all there eggs into one basket. They have done well.

And if you make the argument about why it was trading at 0.40 just a while back...well markets were rough, and people were shorting and there were no buyers...but if you look at my post...on previous pages, you will find one on institutional buying....and institutions bought over 12 million shares between the price of .40-0.75 cents in a 3 month span as is went down...but of course quietly...always bidding and hardly paying market price....and of course with all the sellers, they snatched it all up.

Basically for me, it comes down to fundementals, because at the end, you have to it or the company is nothing. In BC with Encana, two wells so far, both producing at ~330boe/day...2/2 on that drilling. In Saskatchewan, 7/7 on drilling...and mind you, they are drilling horizontal wells as well. But still the stock dropped...but things were still strong with the company, and they were doing well.....but sometimes it takes a company like forest to get people to notice....and they did. Eventually, regardless of Quebec, the company imo was WAY undervalued at those levels, but of course a great oppurtunity to get more if you could.

Have a great weekend!

Rocco:)
