As one of our esteemed colleagues said. Its all in the promotion.  QEC is in for the bottom line. Not interested in promoting. Whatever goes up eventually comes down even if its for a short while. Once you get trading in the right sync and make the first move correctly then everything falls into place. The problem is making the first call right.
